Our People
We have a saying at our company - we're known for our work, but our people make us famous. Without a doubt, the teamwork, collaboration and passion of everyone on the team is the leading factor that fuels a marketing campaign.
Jeff Livney, Managing Partner
Jeff founded Livney+Partners, formerly Piko Zoom, in September 2003 and has managed its growth and expansion since the beginning. After noticing a disconnect between many web design firms and the typical entrepreneur or small organization client, Jeff decided that there must be an easier way to create effective marketing campaigns than the traditional means. He has founded the company on a client-centric foundation, which transcends through our strategic messaging and marketing campaigns. He guides the company by values that establish long-term relationships with our clients, and we approach each campaign as if it was for our own company.
Jeff was named the Texas Youth Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 by Texas Christian University. Jeff has been featured on the cover of the Houston Business Journal (March 2006), and Livney+Partners was named "One of Houston's Largest Website Development Firms" in 2006 by the Houston Business Journal. In 2007, Jeff was one of twenty-five semi-finalists out of over 750 applicants in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards conducted by the Entrepreneurs' Organization in Chicago. He is also involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston communities, judging for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce's "Rising Star" Small Business of the Year competition, as well as a member in Accelerator, an Entrepreneurs' Organization (Houston) program and other associations and philanthropic groups.
Tristan Mace, Creative Director
Tristan joined Livney+Partners in 2006 as a graphic designer and was quickly promoted to our Creative Director. He has an extensive expertise in strategic communication and aligns brand strategy to successful marketing campaigns. In his role, he often leads the design and analysis of strategic marketing to support the creation and implementation of campaigns and positioning. His direction and vision propel projects from conception to completion.
Usability and concise communication are at the foundation of Tristan's creative direction for the firm. In 2008, Tristan was chosen by Consolidated Communications, Inc. and Conroe Independent School District to judge the Website Marketing and Entrepreneur Competition at the Education for Tomorrow Alliance's Sci://Tech 2008 Competition, Southeast Texas' premiere science and technology exposition. Tristan is involved in both the Austin and Houston areas, leading organizations and serving multiple associations as member of board of directors.
